A featherweight stand that holds your bike upright, on the ground, exactly where you want it.
Most bike stands lift, clamp, or lean your bike. This one doesn't. It holds your bike standing on its own two wheels, fully upright, at ground level — no leaning, no lifting, no bulky frame. It weights only 200g and packs down to almost nothing, sets up in seconds, and is surprisingly, reassuringly sturdy once it's on.
The secret is in the geometry: a compact block seats on your down tube, two lightweight legs splay out to form a wide, stable base, and a single strap locks everything in place — including your front wheel, so it can't flop and start a lean. The clever part is that your bike's own weight does the work, pressing the legs firmly into place. The more the bike settles, the more solid it gets.
Everyone is genuinely surprised how confidently it stands once it's set. Our stand makes your bike a tumbler.
Who it's for
Bike fitters — This is the one that matters. Because the stand holds the bike upright and at true ground level, you can work on a bike in its natural riding position without a workstand tilting it or lifting the wheels off the floor. Levels stay honest, measurements stay repeatable, and both your hands are free. If you're setting up customers' bikes all day, it fits the workflow: seconds to fit, nothing to clamp, works across different bikes. You may also wish to use this with our leveling platforms.
Travelling & maintenance — If you are travelling the stand can be easily packed in your bike case. As soon as the wheels are on your bike you can use the stand to hold you bike securely while you set up the handle bars, saddle, pedals and chain. The stand allows you to fully rotate the pedals, so it is also great for applying chain lube.
Bikepackers & tourers — It weighs almost nothing and packs flat, so it earns its place in a bag. Set your loaded bike up anywhere, upright and stable, without hunting for a wall, a tree, or a fence. And here's the trick tourers love: use your bike as a support pole for a tarp or shelter. A bike that stands solid on its own becomes an instant, sturdy anchor point in open ground where there's nothing else to tie to.
E-bike owners — Heavy battery in the down tube? That's exactly where this stand is strongest. A high, heavy centre of mass is what makes e-bikes so awkward to prop up — and the wide, weight-loaded base handles it far better than a flimsy kickstand or leaning it against a wall (and hoping).
Anyone who's tired of the bike-on-the-floor shuffle — Cleaning it, photographing it for a sale, adjusting something in the garage, or just parking it somewhere it won't fall and scratch. It stands where you put it.
Why it works so well
- Genuinely sturdy — the design uses your bike's own weight to lock the legs solid. It holds firmer than it has any right to for its size.
- Ground-level & upright — no lifting, no lean. Your bike sits true, exactly as it rides.
- Feather-light & packs flat — the legs fold down; the whole thing disappears into a bag or even a jersey pocket.
- Seconds to fit, tool-free — block on, strap round, legs down. Done.
- Front wheel held straight — the same strap stops the wheel castoring, which is what topples a parked bike in the first place.
- Rubber feet — grip on smooth garage floors, workshop tile, grass, or packed ground.
- Fits most adult bikes — the legs self-adjust to your frame's geometry. May not fit: Bikes with smaller than 26 inch wheels, very deep section/disc wheels, TT bikes with non-standard frame geometry.
How to use it
- Find a suitable area where you want to stand your bike.
- Unfold the legs
- Spread the legs wide and place the block on the down tube at the point where the wheel is closest to the tube.
- Wrap the velcro strap through the wheel, thread it through the buckle and pull it tight to ensure the wheel cannot turn.
- Place the bike vertical and allow the legs to drop onto the ground. Move them around if necessary to ensure that you are happy with the location
- Make sure you pull the legs far enough apart that both wheels are resting on the ground. It is possible to bring the legs together too close and lift the front wheel slightly off the ground. If this happens the bike will be less sturdy because there will only be 3 contact points on the ground.
Choosing your version
Standard — designed for road bikes and standard frames. This is the right choice for the majority of riders.
Large — sized for larger tyres (gravel, adventure, some e-bikes and most mountain bikes) and/or very large frames. If you're on wide rubber or a big frame, choose this version for the best fit and stability.
Not sure which you need? If you ride a road bike, go Standard. If you're on larger gravel tyres, an adventure/e-bike, or an XL frame, go Large.
Or if you have several bikes, order our standard and large bundle and be ready for everything.
